QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics or related field
  • Preferably PGDE (NIE) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong familiarity with AEIS curriculum and MOE standards for Primary and Secondary School levels
  • Excellent content knowledge and exam strategy skills for AEIS and O-Level contexts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when working with international students and parents

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking passionate educators to deliver AEIS exam preparation in English or Mathematics for Primary and Secondary School levels. You will plan and conduct classes, design courseware tailored to AEIS and MOE syllabuses, assess student performance, and support their admission into Singapore mainstream schools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teach AEIS-aligned lessons in English or Mathematics for Primary and Secondary School students, focusing on problem-solving strategies, exam techniques and syllabus mastery
  • Develop high-quality, adaptive learning materials that address individual learning needs
  • Conduct mock tests and diagnostic evaluations, provide targeted feedback and design intervention strategies
  • Identify student strengths and weaknesses, customising teaching approaches to help them succeed in AEIS and beyond
  • Maintain a structured, engaging and supportive learning environment for international students
  • Track student progress, maintain records and communicate effectively with parents or advisorsParticipate in curriculum review sessions, attend AEIS-focused training and work with colleagues to enhance teaching standards
