Infosys is seeking a highly skilled AEM Backend Technology Lead to spearhead the development, optimization, and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) backend architectures. This role involves leading technical teams, driving innovation, and ensuring high-performance content management solutions. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. This position is based out of Austin, TX. This position may require re-location and or travel to project location.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, develop, and enhance AEM backend services, workflows, and integrations.
  • Define and implement best practices for AEM development, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead the development of OSGi bundles, Apache Sling models, and JCR repository structures.
  • Optimize AEM Dispatcher, caching strategies, and content delivery networks (CDN).
  • Oversee integrations with third-party APIs, databases, authentication mechanisms, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams, frontend developers, and content authors to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Conduct technical reviews, mentorship, and hands-on coding to uphold engineering excellence.
  • Manage performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting of AEM environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, accessibility guidelines, and industry best practices.
