Role Summary We are looking for an experienced AEM/DAM Admin Expert to join our digital platforms team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) environments — ensuring performance, stability, and seamless integration across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain AEM Author and Publish instances, including dispatcher setup and replication agents. Manage DAM workflows, metadata schemas, and ensure efficient asset lifecycle governance. Conduct system health checks, performance optimization, and troubleshooting across AEM environments. Implement backup, recovery, and disaster management procedures. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and UX teams to deploy, manage, and scale AEM applications. Monitor AEM performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or SonarQube. Manage user access, permissions, and LDAP synchronization. Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Adobe Cloud Manager. Maintain audit logs, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and ensure compliance with enterprise security policies (WAF, CSP, etc.). Contribute to AEM cloud migration readiness and content publishing using REST APIs. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of hands-on experience in AEM administration (AEM 6.4 or higher). In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and dispatcher configurations. Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management, Dynamic Media, and metadata schema design. Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting. Familiarity with AWS or Adobe Managed Services (AMS) environments. Experience in performance monitoring and debugging complex AEM setups. Adobe certification (AEM DevOps, Sites, or Cloud Service) is an added advantage. Preferred Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work both independently and in agile, cross-functional teams. Experience with enterprise-level digital asset governance and content operations.
