Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Sign, and Adobe Launch. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development skills and a solid understanding of AEM architecture, including Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and JCR. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows using HTL, Java, Sling, and OSGi. Architect and implement scalable solutions on AEM as a Cloud Service. Integrate and configure Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Sign to enable data-driven and personalized user experiences. Work with JCR (Java Content Repository) for content storage and retrieval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, content authors, and marketing teams. Develop and maintain custom services, servlets, and schedulers using Java and OSGi. Implement tagging and tracking strategies using Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics. Ensure seamless document workflows using Adobe Sign integration. Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO across web platforms. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience in AEM development (Sites, Assets, Forms). Strong proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and JCR.
