About the Role BYD Australia & New Zealand is expanding its digital ecosystem across global markets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). We are seeking an AEM Implementation Specialist to oversee site localisation, component configuration, and Content Management System (CMS) operations for the Australia and New Zealand markets across BYD’s portfolio of brands. In this role, you will serve as the link between the local marketing team and our global development teams, ensuring that all digital content is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with accessibility, privacy, and brand standards. Responsibilities Configure, manage, and maintain AEM templates, components, and digital assets. Implement and manage content localisation, versioning, and publishing for the AU/NZ markets. Collaborate with global/HQ developers on CMS structure, permissions, workflows, and feature enhancements. Test, troubleshoot, and conduct QA for site releases to ensure consistency in branding, functionality, and user experience. Support integration with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Audience Manager, and Dynamic Media. Ensure all digital updates adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines and applicable privacy regulations (including GDPR-equivalent standards). Champion best-practice customer experience (CX) across all digital touchpoints. Skills & Experience 3–5 years' experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in an authoring, admin, or development capacity. Strong understanding of AEM components, workflows, dispatcher configurations, and content governance. Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles. Experience working with offshore development teams or within global CMS programs. Preferred: Adobe AEM certification (Sites Developer or Architect). Binligual in English & Mandarin would be preferred.
