Job Description Job Title: AEM Platform Maintenance & Support Specialist Location: Raleigh, NC / Dallas, TX - Hybrid Phys Location: Onsite Key Responsibilities • Operate and manage Adobe Cloud Manager for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), environment provisioning, and system monitoring. • Conduct regular health checks on AEM author, publish, and dispatcher environments to ensure optimal performance and stability. • Monitor system logs, metrics, and repository sizes, addressing any performance issues promptly. • Manage deployments using Cloud Manager and external CI/CD tools, validating builds and troubleshooting failures as necessary. • Coordinate with Adobe support for platform-level issues, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. Qualifications • Strong experience with AEM (6.5+ and AEM Cloud), Sling, JCR, OSGi, and Dispatcher. • Proficiency in Java, HTL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms, including Adobe Cloud, AWS, and Azure. • Experience in configuring Dispatcher and CDN for optimal performance, including caching and invalidation strategies. • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
