We’re currently looking for an Adobe Experience Manager Lead to join our rapidly expanding DXP practice. Key dimensions of the role include:

• Working with the Architect to design solutions that optimally utilises AEM and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standards
• Developing code modules to implement functionalities especially with Sling Models, Services etc. with a strong hands-on programming acumen
• Mentor and guide other developers in the team on best practices, code quality, unit tests and overall code performance
• Defining system’s strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing and implementing
• Breaking down customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites & dependencies
• Aligning roadmap phases to executable use cases
• Engaging periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance to customer those features and benefits
