Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in AEM and domain skills in Reconciliation and Cards & Payments. You will play a crucial role in supporting developing and optimizing AEM solutions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a day shift environment ensuring seamless integration and functionality of our systems. Skills are Java + AEM/AEP/ CJO/AJO. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Oversee the maintenance and support of AEM systems ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other enterprise systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning. Develop and optimize AEM frontend and backend components to improve system efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AEM development and deployment. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM authoring and system engineering. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored AEM solutions. Implement robust reconciliation processes within the BFS Payments domain to ensure data accuracy. Drive innovation in Cards & Payments solutions enhancing transaction processing capabilities. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize AEM operations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure system integrity and security. Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports on AEM system performance and enhancements. Qualifications Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering with proven experience in system engineering. Demonstrate expertise in AEM frontend and backend development with a focus on authoring capabilities. Exhibit proficiency in the Reconciliation domain particularly within BFS Payments. Have a deep understanding of Cards & Payments processes and technologies. Show experience in hybrid work models with the ability to collaborate effectively in a day shift. Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Certifications Required Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $102,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
