About the role To join a small project team on a 9-month fixed term contract reporting to the Technical Support Manager reviewing our Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) processes, supporting the delivery of tax authority filings and improvements to ongoing AEOI reporting processes, controls and documentation Responsibilities Produce and maintain a realistic plan with milestones, tracking and progress reporting. Define requirements for accurate and timely reporting submissions to tax authorities under the AEOI regime. Support the production of revised internal policies and procedures to meet annual AEOI reporting requirements. Identify and document data and system enhancements required (or desirable) to strengthen ongoing AEOI reporting controls and efficiency. Ability to prepare and file CRS and FATCA submissions in the prescribed formats to relevant authorities (including Isle of Man ITD and Singapore IRAS) across the in-scope reporting years. Maintain a clear audit trail of any variations from historical reporting, including rationale and supporting data. Maintain an ongoing, productive dialogue with representatives of relevant tax authorities. Contribute to defining future ownership and resourcing requirements for business-as-usual AEOI reporting. Role Requirements Essential Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional attention to accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality outputs Highly analytical and numerate, confident in managing, analysing, and reconciling complex data Proven experience working on time‑critical projects, effectively managing priorities, milestones, and deliverables to meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively within small teams and engage confidently with technical specialists in regulatory and AEOI environments Desirable Skills & Qualifications: Experience in the life assurance sector, financial audits and/or tax compliance. Knowledge of, or exposure to, reporting requirements for financial institutions under the AEOI standard (e.g., CRS and FATCA).
