About us | Mō mātou ACC is a trusted and high-performing organisation, providing care, supporting recovery and promoting injury prevention, now and into the future.   You can find more about ACC and the work we do here [https://www.acc.co.nz/].  About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi  The Accredited Employers Programme (AEP) team sits within Business Engagement and Partnerships in Customer Connection. The AEP allows large employers who meet our criteria to self-manage work injury claims for their employees. The AEP team works closely with Accredited Employers and Third-Party Administrators and deals with the day-to-day administration of the AEP.  The Performance Specialist is responsible for performance reporting activities for the AEP, the ongoing development and oversight of the AE Performance Framework and ensuring that AEs are performing to the required standard.  This is an exciting new opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing evolution of AEP performance measures, targets, and reporting, using data and insights to assess trends, identify emerging issues, and drive continuous improvement across the Programme. We don’t let our work location get in the way of staying connected and providing support to each other.  About you |He kōrero mōu ake  * Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs and performance frameworks. * Experience in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of performance related data to drive improvements, using appropriate analysis techniques.  Experience with data querying and analysis using SQL would be an advantage. * Experience with dashboard development and data visualisation would be an advantage.  * Experience in claims and injury management. Excellent interpersonal skills. * Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to interpret a wide range of complex information and present this in a clear way that tells a narrative. * An ability to influence and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks based on evolving priorities. It would be an advantage if you have some knowledge of ACC operational systems and processes, and an understanding of the Accredited Employers Programme.
