Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Overview Telvero is hiring an experienced Aerial Lineman on behalf of our client to support telecommunications infrastructure projects across Northern Wisconsin. The ideal candidate has hands-on telecom experience and is comfortable operating bucket trucks and working at height. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain aerial telecommunications infrastructure including fiber and copper lines Perform strand placement, lashing, and cable placement on utility poles Operate bucket trucks and other aerial equipment safely Perform pole transfers, cable rearrangements, and network upgrades Read and interpret construction prints and work orders Follow all safety standards and company procedures Work with crew members to complete projects efficiently Travel regionally throughout Northern Wisconsin as needed Requirements 3 to 5 years of aerial telecommunications experience preferred Experience with aerial fiber and/or copper cable installation Experience operating a bucket truck Valid driver’s license required CDL is a major plus Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs Ability to read construction documentation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance
