YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As our Aerial Shop Technician, you'll diagnose customer concerns, test equipment, and identify mechanical issues before performing precise repairs on aerial lifts. You'll complete planned maintenance checklists, confirm safety decals and manuals are present and legible, test equipment thoroughly, and accurately document all labor, parts, and repairs. You'll ensure every machine leaves the shop safe, reliable, and ready for service. WHAT'S REQUIRED? 18+ years old High school diploma or technical degree (automotive or related field) 3+ years of relevant mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and over 100 lbs. occasionally Preferred qualifications include experience with construction, automotive, industrial, diesel, or gas‑powered equipment, strong problem‑solving, customer service, and time management skills, basic computer proficiency, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
