At Geographe Tree Services, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality vegetation control services with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
We are currently seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Aerial Vegetation Workers / Team Leaders (e.g. HV Workers / Climbing Arborists / EWP Operators) to join our team in the Southwest of WA.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vital role near live power lines while ensuring both safety and quality standards are met.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • First Aid / CPR Certification
  • Construction White Card
  • Cert II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control (UET20319)
  • EDD – UETTDRRF08 / EWP Rescue – UETDRRF002
  • Chainsaw Ticket
  • Experience working near live power lines is advantageous.
  • Arboriculture qualification or equivalent experience advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Electrical Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Code of Practice for personnel electrical safety when working around live power lines.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver work that meets contractual obligations, company standards, and customer expectations.
  • Safety Awareness: Actively maintain compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, ensuring all tasks are completed in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
  • Hazard Identification & Action: Proactively identify hazards and stop work if any uncontrolled risks are present, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Supervisor Support: Collaborate with supervisors to ensure all work meets high-quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Health & Safety Responsibility: Take personal responsibility for your health and safety, as well as the well-being of your colleagues on site.
  • Professionalism & Housekeeping: Maintain a high level of professionalism in your work and appearance while ensuring that the site remains clean and organized.
  • Pre-start Equipment Checks: Conduct thorough pre-start checks on all vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe operations on-site.
