• Strong technical expertise

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Aerosol Scientist you will support aerosol product innovation through the Essential Home brand portfolio, through feasibility scoping and testing of new technologies and products alongside technical support of aerosol projects within global R&D category and Operations teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support aerosol feasibility projects for new packaging, formulations and propellants with a focus on new sustainable technologies
• Provide technical guidance and specialised testing in support of ongoing global aerosol projects
• Responsibility for ensuring all required feasibility testing and trials are performed on time and to the required standards
• Identify opportunities for formula and packaging cost optimization
• Responsibility in supporting key activities within the Aerosol R&D team:
• Manage and maintain aerosol laboratory facilities and equipment
• Provide some training to others on aerosol technology and testing
• Development and maintenance of aerosol related test methods
• Support of factory trials
