JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking 2 experienced Assembly Managers to lead our manufacturing assembly operations for our exciting new program. This role is responsible for overseeing people, processes, and results in the department, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
The Assembly Manager will provide direction to the team, resolve production challenges, and drive continuous improvement to meet departmental KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to fostering a safe and efficient workplace.
