Description:

From small screws to large engines, you move aircraft parts around the world! You will be in close contact with our customers, partners and internal departments and be responsible for processing transport orders and providing an excellent, cutting-edge service to our customer at our Air Logistics site in Schiphol.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • You can handle a fast-paced working environment with high-demanding customers;
  • Strongorganizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledgeof the aerospace industry is a plus;
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure;
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is an asset.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a customer care specialist in the Aerospace sector, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners in Aerospace. You will manage shipment tracking and monitoring, organize Aircraft On Ground, charter, and on-board courier shipments, and handle global engine transports. Unlimited commitment is not only a term for us on the tarmac - without our air freight teams we would not be at the top of the industry. As an employee, you are our figurehead for transport inquiries in existing business as well as for new customer inquiries. You will process and track import and export shipments in the aerospace sector and thus ensure the leading quality of our network. Are you familiar with the aerospace sector? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners in Aerospace;
  • Trackand monitor transport orders;
  • Organize Aircraft On Ground, charter, and on-board courier shipments;
  • Manageglobal engine transports;
  • Close cooperation with all operational departments, sales and, in particular,customers;
  • Support the billing department;
  • Proactive customer support and sustainable solution finding to ensure a long-termcustomer relationship based on partnership.
