Scope: Full Time, Employed Model: Fully Onsite Salary: As Per Industry Norm Industry: Aerospace Responsibilities: Identify and anticipate training needs through regular assessments, ensuring our clients teams stay ahead in compliance and technical expertise. Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (including EASA, FTS, SMS). Deliver impactful internal training sessions—whether theoretical, technical, or practical—helping colleagues gain confidence and competence (excluding sessions requiring external certification). Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives, driving excellence across the organization. Organize and coordinate training programs aligned with compliance requirements and organizational goals, ensuring smooth execution and maximum engagement. Manage training records and certification documentation with precision, supporting transparency and regulatory readiness. In-depth knowledge of EN 9100/9110 standards. Proven experience in QA processes within aviation environments. Fluent (C1 level) in French or German – essential. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skilled in training delivery and technical presentations. Strong understanding of aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with global aerospace standards. Experience in EASA Part 147 environments. Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors. Expertise in EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness. Qualifications EASA B1/B2 License. Train the Trainer Certificate.
