Description Pressco Products is a manufacturing and machining company that produces quality machined parts, stamping, fabrication, and assembly of components for the aerospace and defense industries. We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will actively focus on multi-faceted, high-quality deburring, ranging from easy to difficult. Job Duties and Essential Functions: Deburr, sand, hand-scrape, mechanical polish, grind, and clean parts Visually inspect parts, noticing any imperfections, and raise the issue with the supervisor or inspection Review and understand production work orders, drawings, and specifications Basic understanding of blueprints and engineering Maintain, identify, and report defective equipment, materials, and faulty operations Maintain great time management skills, following the assigned production schedule Keep a clean and safe work area by using personal protective equipment Knowledge and ability to use basic power and hand tools, sanders, grinders, deburr vibratory tank Requirements Job Requirements: Excellent attendance and time management (first shift) Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive and critical thinking Stand, sit, or bend for extended periods in a warehouse environment Use fine motor skills – good vision, hand/eye coordination, and dexterity Lift and or carry parts from staging to the deburr work area (< 25lbs) Compliant with all safety policies and procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English US Citizen High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation This position is hourly non-exempt with a compensation range of $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and is evaluated regularly based on merit and performance. Upon completion of the probationary period benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability, 401(k), and voluntary supplemental insurance options.
