We’re on the hunt for skilled Manufacturing Engineers ready to make an impact on the production floor of a leading Winnipeg facility. This contract-based role is your chance to work on-site with a dynamic team, tackling challenges head-on, driving innovation, and fueling continuous improvement across operations.
As a key player, you’ll be the go-to expert for solving manufacturing issues, streamlining workflows, and ensuring production targets aren’t just met—they’re exceeded.
What You’ll Do
Be the technical backbone of the production team, providing hands-on support and guidance
Lead exciting process improvement projects that boost efficiency and elevate product quality
Dive into troubleshooting and root cause analysis to keep operations running at their best
Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Planning to push projects across the finish line
Keep engineering documentation sharp, accurate, and up to date
Stay flexible—step up to support shifts, weekends, or holidays when production demands are high
What You Bring
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (with PEng registration, ideally through EGM)
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Bonus points if you’ve worked in Production Planning
Extra edge if you know composite materials or aerospace manufacturing
Willingness to put in the time when deadlines call—overtime, weekends, or holidays
