POSITION OVERVIEW:

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving our quality standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in a quality engineering role with strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific aerospace requirements.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with auditing (internal/external, supplier, or regulatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive quality culture across teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Lead and support internal and external audits in line with industry standards and customer requirements
• Apply and facilitate structured problem-solving techniques, including 8D, to drive root cause analysis and effective corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and supply chain to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), quality procedures, documentation, and training
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of the manufacturing process
• Develop inspection processes, ensuring that incoming, in-process, and final inspections are performed effectively
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
