With over 20 years of industry experience and a renewed focus on investment and innovation, we’re seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to support our continued growth and commitment to excellence.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting CNC machined parts, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards, and supporting the execution of First Article Inspections (FAIs). This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for precision and reliability with key OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of quality inspection experience in a CNC machining environment
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and aerospace specifications
  • Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs (preferred)
  • Experience with AS9100D and First Article Inspections (FAI) required
  • Working knowledge of quality documentation and traceability requirements in aerospace
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and specifications to perform dimensional and visual inspections
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of CNC machined components
  • Prepare and review AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
  • Maintain and support compliance with AS9100D Quality Management System requirements
  • Accurately document inspection results and report non-conformances
  • Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and the quality team to resolve quality issues
