Job Description We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidates for aerospace-related roles, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a proactive talent pipeline. This role requires a combination of strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and operational excellence in recruitment processes. Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for aerospace roles, including engineering, skilled trades, and technical positions. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer extension. Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future needs. Write, edit, and post job descriptions to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and relevant job boards. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS. Utilize sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and SmartRecruiters. Develop and implement social media job marketing campaigns to enhance employer branding. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients. Track and report recruitment KPIs, including applications, interviews, submissions, offers, and hires. Support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, processes, and tools. Maintain strong communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in agency recruitment preferred. Experience recruiting in the aerospace, automotive, or engineering sectors is strongly preferred. Proven ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting candidates, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Strong negotiation skills and ability to liaise effectively with candidates and clients. Experience using ATS systems and other sourcing tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think creatively and proactively solve sourcing challenges. Comfortable managing multiple clients and processes in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable to ambiguity and able to handle changing priorities effectively.
