REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7 years of direct experience in supply chain management, with a focus on:
  • Capacity planning
  • Inventory optimization
  • Supply chain strategy development
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Aerospace industry experience is required.
  • Oversee the tracking of critical business-wide supply chain metrics to identify and address performance gaps.
  • Lead and execute long-term capacity planning strategies to accommodate business growth.
  • Implement advanced supply chain modeling techniques to improve inventory optimization and reduce costs.
  • Drive continuous efficiency improvements using data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate with material planning teams to ensure maximum capacity utilization of critical suppliers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-first mentality across supply chain operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the continuous improvement of supply chain systems and workflows.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain effectiveness.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate the resolution of company-wide supply chain risks and obstacles to meet production and delivery timelines.
  • Report supplier progress and operational achievements in executive-level reviews.
  • Direct production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction (NPI) and rate ramp-ups with cross-functional impact.
