* Lead the end‑to‑end technical design and development of .NET applications * Own solution architecture, coding standards, and best practices * Provide hands‑on technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring * Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions * Guide teams on application architecture, performance, and reliability * Drive adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and support sprint planning and estimations * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Architecture) * Identify technical risks early and proactively propose mitigations * Support production issues, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
