Analysing requirements and designing software components, under supervision, that meet business requirements and standards. Building the foundational building blocks of the software product's continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline. Ensuring adequate functional and non-functional quality gates exist throughout the pipeline. Understand the requirements that must be met in the design of a feature. Understands the compliance requirements related to the Secure Development Lifecycle, Data Protection, and Threat Modelling. Understands the team standards for design documentation. Understands software design standards and patterns in software design. Understands the development standards, SDLC and software development methodology. Knows how to ensure quality and adequate test coverage for integrated software components. Understand and optimise performance and security for integrated software components. Knowledge of more than one technology Understands basic capabilities of automated pipelines. Fully understands the results of existing pipelines and the artifacts generated. Understands the key infrastructure required for the running of a software component. Rudimentary knowledge of containers.
