What's this role about? Here's how you'll contribute: You'll do this by: * Leading end-to-end solution design and architecture for enterprise-grade applications and cloud migration initiatives. * Collaborating with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions. * Driving cloud migration strategies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, including assessment, planning, and execution. * Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks. * Creating and reviewing architecture artefacts such as Solution Visions, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Key Design Decisions (KDDs). * Providing technical leadership and mentoring to development and engineering teams. * Engaging in architecture reviews and presenting solutions to architecture boards and senior leadership. Core Skills: * Proven experience in cloud migration projects, preferably on Microsoft Azure. * Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, and governance. * Hands-on experience with solution architecture across multiple domains (application, data, infrastructure, security). * Proficiency in designing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in Agile and hybrid delivery environments. Desired Skills: TOGAF Certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification. * Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or other IaC tools. * Familiarity with Azure Well-Architected Framework and cloud cost optimization strategies. * Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is a plus. * Experience in legacy modernization, application rationalization, and technical debt management. * Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
