JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Deliver Personalised Patient Support :Build rapport with patients by offering attentive, tailored care. Provide consistent follow-ups and collaborate with the doctor to track progress and refine treatment plans as needed.
2.Operate Advanced Aesthetic Technologies :Safely perform technology-assisted treatments to enhance patient outcomes, recovery, and overall wellness if required.
3. Educate and Empower Patients : Clearly communicate treatment plans, product benefits, and procedures to support patient understanding, informed decision-making, and adherence.
4.Support Sales with Integrity : Help achieve monthly clinic revenue goals by offering sincere, needs-based recommendations. Build patient trust without resorting to hard selling.
5. Identify and Maximise Growth Opportunities : Recognise patient needs and convert them into suitable services or product recommendations, contributing to both patient satisfaction and clinic growth.
6. Oversee Front Desk Operations : Greet and register patients warmly, manage appointment scheduling, answer calls and inquiries professionally, and coordinate daily clinic flow efficiently.
7. Maintain Positive Patient Experiences : Handle all interactions—whether in person, over the phone, or online—with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on patient comfort and trust.
8. Perform Accurate Cashiering and Record-Keeping : Process payments responsibly and maintain meticulous documentation of patient information, treatment history, and financial transactions.
9. Uphold Operational Excellence : Adhere to clinic policies, hygiene protocols, and service standards. Help train and guide junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.
