JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Aesthetic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office or administrative experience is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
