REQUIREMENTS:

  • Secondary education (’N’ or ’O’ levels); additional certifications in aesthetics or related fields are advantageous.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a medical aesthetic clinic.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
  • Proven track record in consultative selling
  • Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented with a warm and trustworthy demeanor
  • Able to explain aesthetic treatments clearly and professionally, with sensitivity to patient concerns
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Willing to commit to clinic working hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures
  • Prepare patients for treatments (e.g., cleansing, numbing cream application)
  • Educate patients on doctor-prescribed treatment plans and recommend suitable options based on patient needs.
  • Provide aftercare support and follow-up to ensure high patient satisfaction and retention
  • Handle front-desk duties: enquiries, registration, billing, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and operational clinic environment
