THE ROLE OF AESTHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WITH US REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE BEAUTY NVQ LEVEL 3 ELECTRICAL ROUTE (OR EQUIVALENT) IN YOUR BACKGROUND.

We aim to provide an amazing experience of service to our customers and we want a team who are keen to make the most of their job and have a high level of energy to give.

Duties include:

• Answering the telephone
• Providing advice and customer care via email or telephone which will require a high level of literacy and communication skills
• Using online CRM and inventory systems to process orders whilst offering product advice and suggestions
• Using Microsoft suite of software daily
• Attending virtual Teams / Zoom meetings
• Liaising with customers, colleagues, and courier companies
• Maintaining and championing product and treatment knowledge
• Attending virtual and physical training
• Responsibility for ensuring standards are maintained and improved upon
• Following procedures and pro-actively searching for improving processes where necessary
• Actively taking interest in the growth of the company
• Contributing with ideas and innovations
• Welcoming guests to the building, organising lunches and goodie bags
• General office duties.

THE ROLE IS FIXED TERM TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE FOR 9 MONTHS. ALTHOUGH NOT GUARANTEED THERE IS SCOPE FOR THE POSITION TO BECOME PERMANENT.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
