Aesthetic Nurse / Endolaser Practitioner

From £38,488 per year performance-related commission and base

Deep Aesthetics is looking for an ambitious, compassionate and highly motivated NMC-registered nurse to join our growing aesthetics team.

This is a specialist career opportunity for a nurse who wants to build a future in advanced aesthetics. You will complete a paid training pathway in Endolaser practice, develop your clinical confidence and progress into a rewarding role within Deep Aesthetics.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional, professional and compassionate care throughout the client journey.
• Complete our paid Endolaser training pathway and clinical competency assessments.
• Develop specialist knowledge in advanced aesthetics, treatment suitability, client consultation and aftercare.
• Work within clinical protocols, supervision arrangements and your agreed scope of practice.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support excellent service, retention and rebooking.
• Contribute positively to the growth of Deep Aesthetics.
• Take part in video or social-media content when required.

• Ability to work in or travel to London
• Previous aesthetics, laser or injectable experience is welcome but not essential. Full training is provided for the right candidate.

Pay, training and career progression

• Paid 12-week Endolaser training pathway.
• Base salary following successful training and competency sign-off.
• Performance-related commission in addition to your base salary.
• High-performing practitioners may progress into a revenue-share pathway of up to 20%.
