We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse Injector who’s skilled, passionate, and excited to grow with us long-term. This role is ideal for someone who’s looking to build their future within an established practice, not just gain short-term experience.

JOB OVERVIEW

Ananya Aesthetics is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Nurse (RN), or Physician Associate (PA) with experience in hormone optimization and medical weight loss. This is a part-time position (5–6 days/month) with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role as patient demand expands.
We’re redefining what patient care looks like—integrating functional and integrative medicine with minimally invasive aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins and light dermatology. Our goal is to help patients address root causes, optimize performance, and feel confident inside and out.
Prior experience with injectables is a plus, but we’re happy to provide comprehensive training in aesthetics (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation) for the right candidate already confident in wellness therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations for hormone therapy, medical weight loss, functional/integrative wellness principles (nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle), and aesthetics medicine
• Create personalized care plans to support long-term health and confidence
• Perform (or train in) minimally invasive aesthetic medicine such as neurotoxins, regenerative therapies, light dermatology and skin rejuvenation treatments (acne, pigmentation, etc)
• Document all procedures accurately and follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• Build trusting relationships and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional care
• Educate patients on treatment options, preventative strategies, and long-term maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in California
• Background or certification in functional medicine or integrative wellness strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience with aesthetic injectables (Botox, fillers) preferred
• Strong interest or background in HRT, peptides, and weight loss protocols
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Desire to grow with a supportive and innovative team
