Description

Join Our Expert Team as a Patient Consultant at One Clinic MD
Are you passionate about cosmetic medicine and love helping patients feel confident in their skin? We’re seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Patient Consultant to join our growing team at One Clinic MD — a premier destination for luxury medical aesthetics.
In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients seeking cosmetic treatments. You’ll listen to their concerns, educate them about available procedures, and provide recommendations grounded in your strong knowledge of medical aesthetics, including injectable aesthetic treatments, skincare, and advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with new and returning patients prior to physician consultations to understand their goals and concerns.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations rooted in medical aesthetics — including injectable treatments, skincare regimens, and energy-based devices (e.g., lasers, RF, microneedling).
  • Guide patients through treatment planning, explaining benefits, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the physician to ensure alignment of treatment plans and seamless patient handover.
  • Maintain current knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines, injectable procedures, and device-based treatments.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment skincare and long-term maintenance strategies.
  • Assist in building comprehensive, aesthetic-forward treatment plans that balance clinical precision with patient goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical aesthetics clinic or luxury cosmetic dermatology environment.
  • Deep and current knowledge of injectable aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and cosmetic devices.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills, with an ability to build rapport and guide patients with clarity and empathy.
  • A passion for aesthetic medicine and a desire to support patients in achieving natural, refined results.
  • Experience in treatment plan conversion or aesthetic sales is a strong asset.
