JOB OVERVIEW

Snatch and Glow, a leading aesthetic clinic offering CPD and soon Qualifi-accredited courses, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Trainer (self employed) to join our team. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in aesthetics, a Level 5 teaching qualification, and a passion for educating others. You will deliver high-quality training to small groups, manage student time effectively, and gather feedback to enhance our programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience as an aesthetic trainer, with expertise in CPD and Qualifi-accredited courses.
• Level 5 teaching qualification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in a wide range of aesthetic treatments and a commitment to industry best practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, including the ability to manage small group dynamics and keep sessions on schedule.
• Confidence in gathering and utilising student feedback to refine training methods.
• Relevant aesthetic certification and up-to-date knowledge of procedures, safety, and client care.

• Deliver engaging CPD and Qualifi courses to small groups, ensuring personalised attention and comprehensive skill development.
• Manage training sessions effectively to maximise student learning and hands-on practice time.
• Guide students through a range of treatments, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, skin rejuvenation, and advanced techniques.
• Encourage student feedback by requesting reviews and feedback forms to continuously improve training quality.
• Develop and update training materials to incorporate the latest industry advancements.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and confidence in aesthetics.
