JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and have the opportunity to contribute to our training academy, thereby enhancing their earnings through teaching. This role will be based at our Cardiff clinic and may involve splitting time between different clinic locations if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NVQ Level 3 or above.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge about skin and its anatomy.
• Background in Skin

EXPERIENCE:

• Aesthetics: 2 years (preferred)
  Work Location: In person, Cardiff.

• Conduct consultations and deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Laser Hair removal (Candela), HIFU, Microneedling, Chemical Peel, Hydrafacial, RF Microneedling, Fat Freezing and other injectable procedures (Desirable).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide post-treatment care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through professional advice and support.
• Contribute to our training academy by teaching and mentoring other aesthetic practitioners and students, demonstrating a strong interest in education and training (Desirable).
