JOB BRIEFING

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Aesthetic Product Specialist with a strong background in the UAE dermatology and aesthetics market. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in promoting and selling aesthetic medicine products and services, building strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners. This role requires a proactive professional who can generate leads, close deals, and achieve ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

MAIN JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE dermatology/aesthetic medicine market (mandatory).
  • Strong network of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the aesthetics and skincare industry.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and plastic surgery practices across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
