Prestigious Doctor-led aesthetic clinic, focused on skin are seeking a Patient Consultant to carry out face-to face client consultations, meeting sales targets of non-surgical treatments through optimising new client sales (consulting) and supporting & managing practitioners throughout the sales process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • This role would suit a current non-surgical sales manager/ consultant or sales-driven Senior Aesthetician used to carrying out consultations and meeting ambitious sales targets
  • aesthetics/non-surgical sales: 5 years minimum
  • sales management : 5 years minimum
  • luxury: 2 years minimum
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking ownership of non-surgical sales, covering conducting client consultations, mentoring team of practitioners to meet sales targets, supporting with development of non-surgical department
  • To design a personalised treatment program for new clients, focusing on closing the sale during the consultation and ensuring clients are booked in as requested for appointments
  • Working with team of Aesthetic Therapists to ensure clinic non-surgical sales targets are met, by identifying sales opportunities and closing sales for therapists
  • Working closely with team of Doctor, maximising patient experience
  • Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey- from consultation, to appointment booking, treatment and follow up
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Meeting non-surgical sales targets on a monthly basis meeting own consultation targets, and mentoring team of practitioners to achieve theirs
  • Resolving Client complaints related to non-surgical treatments
