JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity to join CLNQ in Manchester. You will be required to work between our central Manchester clinic, Knutsford and new private hospital in Manchester. You will be based primarily in our Manchester clinic but some flexibility will be required to cover our Cheshire clinic. We are looking for a dynamic, organised individual to deliver a high standard of care to our patients. The clinic provides an extensive range of wellness and aesthetic treatments.The clinic is led by a consultant plastic surgeon. We will also offer private GP services to the local area. The new hospital will provide consulting rooms and operating theatre facilities.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in computer skills, social media, ideally familiar with Pabau
• At least 2 years experience as an aesthetic therapist
• Experience in laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, Emsculpt
• NVQ Level 3 as minimum ideally Level 4
• Friendly and passionate about customer service and client care
• Team player
• Well presented

Experience:

• Aesthetic Therapist: 1 year (required

• Delivering a safe, effective and caring experience to our patients
• Performing consultations and treatments from skin analysis to energy based treatments
• Dealing with patient enquiries and booking appointments
• Building relationships with clients and ensuring long term regular clients
• Assisting in clinic administration
• Chaperoning and assisting doctors or surgeons during consultations and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Skin care product advice and sales
• Ensuring patients records, consent forms, photographs, and all documentation completed
