We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and passionate Aesthetic or Beauty Therapist / Receptionist to join our growing team. If you love making clients feel their very best and enjoy creating a welcoming front-of-house experience, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
• Desirable: Hydrafacial training
• Previous experience in a similar dual-role (therapist & receptionist)
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented
• Confident with clinic software (Pabau/Zenoti)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Perform a range of aesthetic treatments (e.g. facials, peels, microneedling, laser – depending on qualifications)
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments
• Greet clients, manage bookings, phone calls, and emails
• Process payments and maintain client records
• Keep reception and treatment rooms clean and presentable
• Promote services, packages, and skincare products
