DESCRIPTION

As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty and skin care services to our clients. Your expertise in skincare treatments, hair removal techniques, and product knowledge will help our customers achieve their desired results. With your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that our clients receive personalized and professional care in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or a related role
• Available to work 7 days a week evenings, weekends, holidays
• A valid aesthetician license/certificate from an accredited educational institution
• In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Certification in specialized treatments such as microdermabrasion or chemical peels is a plus

• Perform skin analysis and provide personalized recommendations for skincare treatments
• Administer facials, peels, and other skincare treatments according to client needs and preferences
• Perform Manicure and Pedicure services
• Conduct hair removal services such as waxing, threading, and laser treatments
• Provide expert advice on skincare products and create customized skincare routines for clients
• Perform body treatments, including massages, exfoliation, and body wraps
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
• High level of values, ethics, trust, integrity
• Upsell through education and knowledge of all brands carried at Damara Day Spa & Medical Aesthetics
• Provide outstanding service
