We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in aesthetic treatments but also has excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest services effectively.

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician - Essential to be Hydrafacial trained already
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Proficiency in various aesthetic essentials such as skin health and skin care
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
• Experience in social media management is advantageous for promoting services and engaging with our clientele.

Pay: £24,420.00-£58,312.45 per year

As an Aesthetician, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of aesthetic treatments, including Hydrafacials and skin analysis.
• Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
• Delivering outstanding guest services to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
• Engaging in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon’s online presence.
• Upselling products and services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the clinic.
