We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, maintaining sanitation standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience through excellent customer service.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as an Aesthetician or in a related beauty field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable client experiences.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and protocols within the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in various aesthetic techniques including body waxing, hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate services or products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to enhance their experience.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and ensure their comfort during treatments.
• Promote retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that reflects the values of hospitality and guest services.
