SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in hair styling is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
  • Proficient in conducting product demonstrations for clients.
  • Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices.
  • Experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with nail care services is preferred.
  • Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while providing guest services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and nail care.
  • Provide personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin types and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Demonstrate and promote skincare products effectively to encourage retail sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell additional services and products during client appointments to enhance their experience.
  • Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing guest inquiries.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
