The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests, promoting self-care and wellness through various aesthetic services.

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in hair styling is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
• Proficient in conducting product demonstrations for clients.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices.
• Experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with nail care services is preferred.
• Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while providing guest services.

• Provide personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin types and recommend appropriate treatments.

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services and products during client appointments to enhance their experience.
