Description Position Title: The Only Facial Store Manager Job Type: Full Time Reports To: Owner Job Overview: As The Only Facial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facial spa, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while managing staff and financial performance. You will lead a team of aestheticians and support staff, promote services, and maintain a relaxing and welcoming environment for our clients and team members. Requirements Qualifications: Associates / Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality or a related field preferred. Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong acumen of the Aesthetician role. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement corporate and operational policies and procedures. Staff Management: Recruit, onboard and supervise spa staff Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional growth. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Develop Loyal client programs to enhance client retention. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment. Financial Management: Review financial reports and performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory and adhere to supply budget to optimize costs. Marketing: Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Collaborate with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
