We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires expertise in both traditional and advanced aesthetic techniques, along with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in aesthetics.
• Experience in med spa settings is preferred; familiarity with advanced techniques such as dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and hair extensions is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of color theory and expertise in hair styling, tattooing, hair threading, and barbering is advantageous.
• Proficiency in salon software systems for appointment management and client records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and esthetic laser treatment.
• Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup application, and nail care tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products and services effectively while upselling when appropriate.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on proper skincare routines.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Foster strong guest services by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and achieve salon goals.
