AESTHETICIAN WITH LEAD SALES EXPERIENCE

Job Title: Aesthetician (with Lead Sales Experience)
Location: Islington, London N1 1QP
Reports To: Clinic Manager / Spa Director

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetician with strong sales and leadership experience to join our team. This role combines advanced knowledge of skin and body treatments with the ability to drive sales, promote treatment plans, and lead by example in achieving clinic revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of converting consultations into treatments and product sales.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized qualification in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or equivalent (NVQ Level 3/4 or higher preferred).
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in aesthetics and skincare.
• Proven track record in sales within a clinic, spa, or medical aesthetics environment.
• Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards and exceed targets.
• A proactive, professional, and client-centered approach.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Experience with advanced aesthetic devices and cosmeceutical skincare brands.
• Confidence in upselling treatment packages and retail products.
• Ability to mentor and inspire colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
