Description

As a Aesthetics Beauty Consultant at Mirage Aesthetic, you will be the face of our brand, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations to our customers. Your primary role will be to drive sales by understanding customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, and creating an outstanding shopping experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sincere candidate who is looking for an opportunity to join an Award-Winning Aesthetic Centre
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience in sales/beautician
  • Previous experience in a beauty advisor or retail sales role preferred, but not required. Passion for beauty and skincare is essential.
  • Able to converse in English and Chinese (in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers regarding queries and feedback).
  • Self-motivated in achieving sales targets.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Good interpersonal skill, service-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Good working attitude and enjoy meeting people.
  • Availability to work on retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

    Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Drive sales by effectively promoting products, conducting demonstrations, and upselling complementary items.
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations and tutorials to showcase product benefits and application techniques.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, customer interactions, and feedback to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
