What You’ll Do You will gain hands-on experience in the senior living industry. Work Schedule * Seasonal Hire from January 2, 2026 - January 9, 2026 Compensation * $17.00, hourly Responsibilities * Participate in weekly rotations across healthcare, assisted living, life enrichment, dining services, HR, and marketing departments. * Support resident-centered care, activity planning, wellness initiatives, and interdepartmental collaboration. * Engage in mission-driven projects, content creation, and community outreach. * Reflect on and present insights and recommendations from your internship experience. * Attend weekly check-ins and complete a final capstone presentation.
