This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working remotely four days per week, with one day of in-office collaboration in Pennsylvania, approximately 1+ hours north of Philadelphia. In this individual contributor role, you will own the strategy, growth, and performance of publisher partnerships within the company’s affiliate network. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, publisher development, and monetization strategy, with a proven track record of scaling profitable relationships. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to deliver measurable revenue impact. Affiliate Director | Digital Marketing – HYBRID Responsibilities • Lead publisher relationship strategy, growth, and performance • Serve as primary contact for publishers, resolving issues and driving long-term success • Negotiate payout structures, exclusive placements, and high-performing offers • Develop scalable publisher growth strategies that increase revenue and margin • Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to align publisher activity with advertiser goals • Establish roadmaps for publisher network expansion and technology improvements • Partner with analytics, product, and finance teams to enhance reporting accuracy • Manage publisher financial operations, including payments and profitability tracking • Represent the company at trade shows, marketing events, and industry conferences Affiliate Director | Digital Marketing – HYBRID Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree is required • Affiliate marketing experience is required • Proven success in managing and scaling publisher relationships is required • Deep understanding of conversion optimization and affiliate tracking systems is required • Strong financial acumen and experience managing partner profitability are required • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) are required • Ability to travel up to 15% is required
