SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in building and managing retail creator affiliate programs, specifically with North American Influencer subnetworks, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and brand ambassador programs.
  • Proven track record of scaling creator networks programs, optimizing KPIs, and managing program budgets.
  • Strong experience in managing external agencies and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to report on campaign performance, analyze data, and drive actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape, including trends and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and lead across departments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., LTK, ShopMy, Motom, Collective Voice).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the North American affiliate subnetwork influencer marketing strategy to drive revenue and brand consideration.
  • In partnership with Director and agency, manage and optimize the North American affiliate subnetwork influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation across brand priorities, campaigns, and partners.
  • Oversee the planning of subnetwork campaigns, negotiate contracts and rates, and establish performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Social Strategy, Creator Affiliate, Brand Influencer, Paid Media, Marketing Strategy) to align subnetwork influencer strategies with broader company initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier subnetworks, and agency partners to ensure a steady pipeline of relevant talent and first to market opportunities.
  • Continuously analyze performance data, generating insights and recommendations to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, financial metrics, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Establish co-reporting for weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual reports with peers across social and influencer team.
  • Establish reporting cadence and dashboard with media and agency partners.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
